Equipment Structure

The product is composed of Electronic Control Box, Evaporation Pot, Condenser, and Filling Water Bucket.

1/ Electronic Control Box, used in control the equipment working, and protect the equipment when there is emergency cases.

2/Evaporation Pot includes:

1)     Electric Heating Tube: It is used in heating raw water to produce the steam.

2)     Sight Glass: Used to observe the pot water level to ensure the water level is normal.

3)     Evaporation Pot Drain Outlet:Used to regularly discharge water scale. Guarantee both quality and quantity of produce the distilled water.

3,Condenser:

1) Water Inlet & Water Outlet: Water inlet for feed water input, Water outlet for the water ouput.

2) Water Outlet Adjustable Valve: One is used in adjust the Evaporation Pot water inflow, the second is used in adjust the balance of the condenser work.

3) Discharge Outlet: Used to discharge excess cooling water.

4) Breathing Alarm: There are two purposes:

One is used to in the normal operation a small amount of exhaust gas emissions, such as carbon dioxide, ammonia and so on.

Second, if the cooling water shortage or water break, the Breathing Alarm whistle to remind adjusting large amount of cooling water inflow until the equipment balance.

5)Condenser Discharge Water Scale: For regular cleaning, removing the scale, and extending the equipment service life, ensure the produced water quality.

4,Filling Water Bucket:

The Filling Water Bucket respectively with the Evaporation Pot and Condenser connection.

There are 2 functions:

1)     Used to supply and balance the water of Evaporation Pot, to avoid dry pot.

2)     Cooling water outlet channel, by adjusting the cooling water outflow to achieve the equipment the best cooling effect.

Working Principle

Using electric heating tube heating the water of Evaporation pot, the water is turned into steam by heated temperature, the steam went into the Condenser pass through the membrane filter(the equipment internal), and then entered into spiral condenser pipe cooling, forming the distilled water will outflow from the Distilled water outlet.
